Who I am?

Hi, this is Dhrubajyoti Paul before I started my journey as a Mindset Career Coach, I want to tell you my real-life story how did I become.
I was born & bought up in a beautiful hill station Shillong, capital of Meghalaya renowned as the Scotland Of The East because of its natural beauty, this was the name given by the British during its colonization.

My Life Struggle With My Real Life Story

I came to Bengaluru after I finish my 10+2, where I have taken Medicine as my profession but the choice was not mine it was my Dad. I personally didn’t like any of my subject at all, after six months when I had my first midterm exam in the college I failed in all subject. One good thing that had happen is, it has given me the courage to speak my Dad that I want a change my medical profession to Hotel Management.

Well it was not easy for me in the beginning to convince my Dad, as I was from a middle-class family, also my Dad already had taken a loan for my higher studies. So, making a Career shift at this point was more of financial burden for my Dad. It was very difficult for me to convince my Dad in the beginning but eventually, I manage to persuade him. My Dad agreed with one condition that he is going to give me one last chance with a promise that once I graduate I will not ask for any kind of financial help from him. At that time, I had no choice so I have agreed on his terms he put to me.

My Achievement In Life

I have started my career with one of the Best Hotel Brand in India, after that I start working with Global Chain of Luxury hotel in Dubai. I got a chance to work with one of the most famous historic cruise liners in the world UK, which is part of Carnival Corporation, Miami, Florida, United States. I have done more than Five world cruises and worked with three most famous luxury cruise ship in the world.

How do I become Mindset Career Coach?

I shift myself to Mindset Career Coaching after seeing the world and feeling the need to give back to the world the things which I have learned in my life. I have got more than 20 plus years of experience in International Hospitality Industry. As a Mindset Career Coach my job is to empower you the best by helping you in achieving your goal by working in a meaningful life. My aim of coaching is to break the negative belief patterns set clear goals towards accomplishing what you want from your life. I have also created a course on Dhrub Success For Career Growth which can help both students and working professional to accelerate their career no matter which ever career fields they are by implementing the learnings from the program in their day to day activities.
My love for my country bought me back where I have started my career from and settled in Bengaluru with one kid and a beautiful wife. Teaching is my passion and to bring transformation in life through Mindset Career Coaching.
